We offer multiple options for delivering your custom tune to ensure the most convenient and efficient experience for you:

  1. Email Delivery (EFI Live AutoCal or FlashScan Owners): If you already possess an EFI Live AutoCal or FlashScan, we can email the custom tune file directly to you. Please note that you will need to have your AutoCal unlinked from any previous tuner. We are available to assist you in this process.

  2. Pre-loaded AutoCal Purchase: If you do not have an AutoCal or FlashScan, you can acquire one through us, and we will pre-load your custom tunes onto the device. This option minimizes truck downtime and simplifies the process.

  3. Bench Flashing Service: You may opt for our bench flashing service, where you send us your ECM or TCM for tuning. This is a cost-effective alternative to purchasing your own hardware. We offer same-day turnaround times for this service to reduce truck downtime. After placing your order, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

Regardless of the method you choose, all our sales include comprehensive remote support and unlimited free updates, unless you decide to upgrade to non-VGT, twins/compound setups, or injectors with a 30% increase in size.

Please be aware that AutoCals may experience high demand, and shipping may take 3-5 days. TCM tuning is provided at no extra cost when you opt for ECM bench flashing. If you wish to have your TCM tuned as well, simply ship it with your ECM.

Warning: The LB7 E54 controller is known to have a high error rate during flashing. They may require specific fuses to be pulled. We will provide this information below, but we highly recommend bench flashing these controllers for a smoother and more reliable process.

After receiving tuner I was having issues with it not loading tunes and having a security clearance warning. Contacted support and we tried a few things Thru txt message that failed. They where more then willing to set up team viewers and manual go in and set everything up. This presented another issue of the wrong module number being programmed causing truck to die after a few min of running and dash lights goin crazy, once again reached back out and they dropped everything to get back on team viewer and tried the other number and truck runs absolutely as it should. Outstanding customer service and willingness that I have yet to find and other companies. This was all done well after there business hours as I’m a few hours behind. Thank you for a great experience so far

Great Tunes

I received my tunes for my 2002 gmc lb7 and I went to flash the tunes on my truck and it finished but then my truck wouldn’t start, I got in contact with the support team they asked me to check the ob2 connection about a half an hour after the last time i tried starting the truck and before i even tested it the truck started but then it wouldn’t stay running, long story short i contacted support again and the technicians found that they had the wrong OS in the tunes which i heard can fry an ECM. So other than the fact that they didn’t get this really important thing right, they did fix it and everything has been working perfectly fine ever since then. I would recommend these guys to friends!

Went with the 5 tune option and I run it off my Edge. I’ve kept it on Level 2 and it pulls like a
Freight train… my mechanic loved it so much he is getting in-touch to retune his LLY
